Can Niftran Cause Itching?
I am pregnant with 13 weeks 5days of gestation . as I have urine infection with colony count of 10 5 nd pus cells of 4-6 . my doctor has prescribed niftran100mg daily 2tablets.but after I have taken it I found that I have got itching at my foot .plz advice is it because of it.

I really appreciate your concern, it is advisable to stay away from the drug in pregnancy, urinary symptoms are very common in pregnancy mimic infection, drink more water, in my opinion it is better to stop the drug or have second opinion, itching could be due to local lesion take care for hygiene hope this information helps.
