Can Nigella Sativa Be Taken During A Pregnancy?
hello doctor... I m a pulmonary hipertention patient,I did heart surgery (something called valvuloplasty) in 2003,yet I stiil felt the uncomfortably feeling inside my chest,but since I take nigella sativa,that uncomfortable feeling been reduced... I read in the internet,that pregnant lady shouldn t take nigella sativa..I m wondering whether I can still consume this or no as now I m pregnant... thank you very much

nigella sativa has so many good effects on our body like lowers cholesterol levels, increases HDL-C levels, improves immune system etc. when coming to pregnancy because of these good effects the fetus are grown well, mother health also good compared to mothers who didn't took this, you can consume this without any doubt in normal doses
