Can Norethisterone Be Taken Along With Noriday?

I had my mirena coil removed last Thursday which i have had for 4 years. one week before that the doctor put me on Noriday which i now taking,i am bleeding very heavy since its removal and taking transamatic acid and still bleeding very bad.Can i take Norethisterone while on Noriday as i go to Portugal on Monday and i dont think i can cope.
