Can Norethisterone Help In Getting Menstruation Back?

Hi,im 21 years of age weight at 70 kg and im not getting my mensus for the last two months .I took 2 preg test with a -ve result.I wasgiven norethisterine 5mg by a local doctor and had just started taking it , will it really get my mensus back and is the home pregcy test taken separately last 2 months correct.please help.
