Can Noriday Pills Cause Missed Periods?

hi, im taking the noriday contraceptive pill (2-3 years) and had no periods up untill now. I take the pill every morning without fail. please advice me on why i might be bleeding after all these years of no periods? very worried. I am only 32. many thanks
