Can Norvasc Cause Heart Ailments?

i hope so my husband with no heart proble was given a perdciption for norvane and the phanacy gave him norvasc. we didnt notice until i went to refill his box and had picked up his novane perscription. he has been very sick all mnth but we thought it was the new drugs the phychiatrist gave him. we go back to see him tomm and we were going to tell him and then this.....

Navane is a antipsychotic drug and norvasc is a calcium channel blocker used as an antihypertensive drug . So it seems your pharmacist has done mistake . You should continue with prescribed medicine . As far as his sickness in recent month is concerned so it is more due to not getting the right medicine in whole month . You should discuss it with your psychiatrist further .
