Can Nurofen Be Taken For Fever Along With Sertralin?

I am currently taking 100mg of sertralin and have a bad flu. I am aware that cold and flu tablets and antidressants shouldn't be mixed but I would like to know if there are any that are ok and/or what would be the side effects? I have been taking nurofen to aid with the fever and aches but it is not providing much relief
