Hello! I have RA and I am currently experiencing chest congestion, deep cough, wheezing, runny nose, headache and when I cough, my ears pound as well as my head. I am trying to find out what I can take over the counter in order to ease my symptoms and feel better? Are you able to help out?

Hello,

Only after examination, we can able advice medication for you. Use of water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water intake. You can use cetirizine twice a day for five days. If you are an allergy to above drug stop and consult your doctor immediately.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
