Can Olmesartan Be Taken In Place Of Benicar?

I have been taking Benicar 40mg for more than 10 years. Just recently, I received a letter from my health insurance that they will change it to Olmesartan. Will it be safe for me to take this replacement? My doctor had prescribed me Lisinopril but i have been coughing severely. Then changed it to Norvasc but I had palpitations and lastly Metoprolol and the effect was Bradycardia. So far, Benicar is good for me. My email is: YYYY@YYYY
