Can Omeprazole And Flucloxacillin Be Safely Taken Together?

Hi Doctor, 1 and a half weeks ago I was prescribed omeprazole, to see if it would help with bad breath. It seems to be working. However I now have an infection in my index finger and was prescribed flucloxacillin antibiotics, I forgot to mention I was on another course. Is it safe to take both courses at the same time?
