Can Omeprazole Be Taken Post Intake Of Atorvastatin?

I have been prescribed atorvastatine 40mg once daily to be taken after evening meal. It was ok for first few days. However I am feeling stomach upset and having increased blood pressure. I have mild gastritic problems. Is it ok to take omeprazole 20mg if my stomach is upset after taking atorvastatine.

Atorvastatine can produce this type of stomach upset.
You can take Omeprazole with atorvastatine or after taking this medicine.
