General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

You might be taking omeprazole. It is PPI (proton pump inhibitor) drug and it is a safe one indeed. However, once daily dose is recommended. Multiple dosage is not recommended and might cause unwanted complications in the long run.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
