Can Ortho Tri-cyclen Pills Be Taken Instead Of Norethindrone?

HI!
I was wondering something. I'm a recent norethindrone user (as of 2 months ago), and I ran out and don't have a pill to take tonight, but have left over ortho tri-cyclen lo pills. Can i take one of those tonight, then go to the doctor and get a norethindrone refill tomorrow?
