Can Oxetol Be Stopped If No Episodes Of Fits Occur For Long Time?

Hi Sudhir Kumar,I am Pavan Kumar H V . I suffered accident with minor convulsion on Jul 2013 and after 1st aid, Physician directed me to consult Neurologist. Neurologist told me to take Oxetol 300 for 3 yrs continuously without missing even single time. My CT Scan and EEG are all good as per the Doctor.. Now I am taking medicine regularly from past 7 months and did not experience Fits 2nd time.My query is should i continue the medicine for 3 years ? If i stop will fits repeat ?Please suggest
