Can Oxy Elite Pro Cause Any Side Effects?

What are you thoughts on the use of thermogenics? I purchased a product called Oxy Elite Pro from GNC to assist in boosting my energy level and to help promote weight loss. I just want to know if their are any dangers of taking something of this nature. I am 5'3 and weigh 150 pounds. No health issues. I work out all the time so I am in shape and have a lot of muscle tone which causes me to weigh more naturally. I just want to lose a few more pounds and am need of energy.
