General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Sexual arousal would not cause anything to ovary which may provoke pain of PCOS. I would suspect something else as anxiety or excitation induced intestine or stomach spasm during such period of time or activity in thought process. Kindly get a clinical examination with your primary care for further guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
