Can PCOS Cause Too Much Facial Hair And Irregular Periods?

i am 17 years old, i get irregular periods and have grown a lot of facial hair, especially on the upperlip and chin. i also am a bit fat. i was recently put on primolut. i am very concerned about my issues and don't know what's wrong with me. could i have polycystic ovary syndrome or something else?
