Can Panadeine Forte And Oxycodone Be Taken Together Post Laminectomy?
I have had a laminectomy 1 week ago.When I was in hospital I was having Panadene forte 4 to 6 hourly and at night 1 oxycodon 5 mg at night.My chemist said I shouldn t take both drugs but when I was in hospital they said to take the oxycodon for break through pain.I am very confused as if I don t if I should be taking both drugs.The pain is severe.thank you

You can take the oxycodone as needed during the day for the pain and the Panadeine forte at night as needed but you shouldn't take both medications throughout the day
