Can Plaquenil Cause Rashes On The Body?

Hi , I am currently taking 300 MG of Plaquenil for rheumatoid arthritis witch ive taken for over a year and ive had a skin rash that i have been to several dr. for including 2 skin dr. taken all kinds of meds for the rash that will not go away. could this be from the plaquenil that I am taking ? Help
