For asthma which is allergic disorder you are given inhaler that contain bronchodilator as well as steroid. ..It is taken daily as maintainance therapy... You are given short term steroid also which will abort acute attack that you have. If you will regularly take inhaler than you will improve.... Daily record of your peak flow needs to be taken using peak flow meter... When acute attack occurs levolin and budecort respule nebulization can be given..
