Can Primolut-N Be Taken To Induce Menstrual Periods?

I have polycystic ovaries and I don't get my monthly periods unless I take Primolut Nor. i got my period once in 2012 and I did not take the medicine in 2013 so I did not get it all year long. Can I take Primolut N by my own without taking any tests in advance ?
