Can Primolut Cause Any Side Effects During Pregnancy?

my last period was on the 8th of october i did a pregnancy test on the 8 it was negative so i took primulot tablets to delay my period after 2 days i felt sick them i didnt take the tablet incase im pregnant i did a test it was also negative then i took the tablet a gain i stoped taking the tablets after a few days my period dint cum after taht i did a pregnancy test it was positive this mean even when i took the tablets i was pregnant ..im worrried is ther any side affects on the baby
