Can Primolut N Cause Hormonal Disorder And Prevent Pregnancy ?

Can Primolut n cause hormonal disorder and prevent pregnancy, specially as i took it befor having my second period afetr D&C.
I received my second period normally 2 days afetr i stopped it, but the one after is missed for 15 days so far and i am not pregnant. please help
