Can Prometrium Cause Breast Tenderness?

I have been taking Prometerium for about a year and a half. I have always had sore breasts before my period and then it subsides but lately I have had breast soreness for 2 months with 3 periods. I am taking 100mg from day 12 - 26. Is the Prometerium causing the breast tenderness? I am 50 years old.
