Can Propecia Cause False Positive HTLV Test?

I was taking propecia at one point several years ago and about that time I donated blood. Sevral weeks later I was notified that I had antibodies to HTLV and could no longer be a donor. I had no risk factors to get HTLV. Did I have a false positive because of the Propecia?
