Can Propranol Cause Urinary Incontinence?

I have been prescribed Proprananolol 80mg for High Blood Pressure, and have been taking them since October 2010. Recently I have noticed that the need to urinate has increased and I have trouble in holding it in untill I get to the toilet, I believe it is called incontinence. Iam A 47 year old Woman, and I thought a bit young to be having this problem, Im also getting cystitus which coupled with the above is very distressing. Can this be a side effect of this drug?
