General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you should get further evaluated. Having acne on face and irregular periods may be a sign of polycystic ovaries syndrome. Doing an ultrasound to see the ovaries is advisable.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
