Can Raynaud's Phenomenon Prevent Toe Healing?

I have Raynauds and take Norvasc 5mg/daily. I broke my toe (the one next to the pinky toe), but since the pain is tollerable I haven't gone to the doctor. Instead I bandaged to another toe. I am wondering, however, if Raynauds would prevent the toe from healing well. Thanks.
