Can Regestrone Be Taken For Menstrual Irregularities?

I am not getting periods regularly on time. Did all tests and found normal. Often it misses more than 45 days. Can I take registrone tablet 5 mg and what is the dosage recommended. Earlier I took this tablet a year back but o do not remember the dosage

Yes , regestrone 5mg can be taken but i it is not for a long term treatment plan. the better choice will be the standard oral contraceptives.
