Can Remotiv Dosage Be Increased To 750 Ml?

Hello Dr. Bienenfeld, I am suffering from Dysthymia accompanied by low anxiety, states of tension, restless and irritability - all of that for nearly a decade. in the previous month, I m also having difficulty in falling asleep. I m using Remotiv 500 (St. John s Wort) during the last 5 years and wondering if I can increase the dose to 750 ml or maybe more? I do not want to switch to drugs of this type, but I feel that the current dosage is reasonable but not good enough. Is there a high dose risk? My psychiatrist could not answer my question.
