Can Rephresh Be Used For Vaginal Discharge After Having IUD Insertion?

I am a 29 year old with one 10 year old child. I have had the Mirena IUD for two months now. For the past three weeks or so, I've noticed a foul smelling discharge. I've read that this is normal, and it's my body getting used to the IUD. Can I use rephresh while having the IUD?
