Can Resveratrol Affect TSH Level After Treated Thyroid Cancer?

I'm 23 and had my thyroid removed almost two years ago due to thyroid cancer and have since been declared cancer free. Can I safely take resveratrol (3-4 hours after my .125mg of synthroid)? I read it may affect T4 & TSH levels. Would this still apply to me?
