Can Rifampicin, Isoniazid And Pyrazinamide Be Taken For Pneumonia?

Dok my son diagnosis in xray was pneumonia, bilateral with nonspecific lymphadenopathies, primaryvkoch s infection not rule out..... Then his doctor advice him to medicate with rifampicin, isoniazid and pytazinamide and 1 weekcefaclor. Doc is his medication ok? And its already 1 month were doing the medication.
