Can Robitussin And Tylenol Cause Chest Pain?

hi my name is dawit and am 24 years old couple days ago i had a bad sore throat and as soon as i felt better with some robotsssin and some tylonol and chroloplastic ...i started to have chest pain i was wondering does that have to do with the medcine i been taking (the cold medcine for my throat?)
