Can SAM-e Be Taken With An Anti-depressant?

Can you use Samee if you are on an anti-depressant already? I have been on Sertraline for nine years, and have just been put on Cymbalta. One week now. My symptoms were staying tired and fatigued all the time, not feeling like myself, outbursts of anger, but dealing with a lot of family issues that I just had to give up on. Just want to feel better and feel like myself again. My husband thinks I do not eat enough. Any suggestions for feeling better? What are your thoughts on the new youth hormone Stryvectin, is it safe to take? I had Lymes Disease in March of this year, and have not really felt the same since. Lots of joint pain and just a feeling of not being well all the time. Please help if you can.
