Can SGLT2 Inhibitors Help Slow EGFR Decline While Having CKD, And Rising Creatinine?

Hi I was diagnosed with ckd in 2009. My biopsy showed granulomas D/D were tuberculosis, vasculitis .n all others markers turned negative. Was put on steroids n ATT. Tab envas 5mg but did not toleraye ad i had hyperkalemia. Changed to cilacar n telma develooed pedal oedma. Presently on nicardia xl 30mg n cardace ,1.25mg. My creat was stable 1.7-1.9 , But sine 2020 it is increasing upto 2.36. Kindly advise n the role of SGLT2 inhibitors. My BP is 120-130/70-80 Not a diabetic. I am a female 51yrs wgt 58ks. Can anything be done to reduce the decline in my EGFR
