HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The sgpt and other liver function test results look at how the liver is currently working.

It is possible, that though the nodes or abnormal areas are present, they are not affecting the function of the liver at the moment nor is there significant inflammation or damage present.

IF the ability of the liver to do its work becomes affected or damage develops then this would be reflected with an increase in this and other liver enzymes.

I hope this helps
