Can SSRIs Help With Anxiety-related Erectile Dysfunction, Or Will They Worsen It By Causing Sexual Side Effects?

I have extreme anxiety and sex anxiety which causes erectile dysfunction. I m about to start SSRI medication which can apparently cause erectile dysfunction and low libido. Could SSRI potentially help by stopping anxiety or will it make it worse? Thank you
