Hi,

Welcome to HCM.

You must take adequate quantity of water daily. In Gulf countries, in summer you have to consume not less than 4 liters per day. To get a complete relief from the urinary tract infection your urine has to be submitted to culture test and has to be treated with appropriate antibiotics as per the outcome of the results and for an adequate duration. Otherwise a total cure can not be achieved. Tests for STD/HIV have to be repeated after 3 months of your last contact to get a conclusive report. Consult your physician and they will guide you.
Get well soon.
