Hi, I went on an oversees trip in 2nd half of 2013 where I had unprotected sex with maybe 4 different partners. I went to the doctor first in feb 2015 with feeling of tiredness and thirst and frequent headAches. A full blood test and Std test was processed coming back clean. Then in dec 2015 I developed a sore throat, it was more so a feeling of tightness and difficulty swallowing which comes and goes. It kind of went away after a month or so but has since come back and been very bad the last 2 months to the point where sometimes it makes me gag. I ve had a few doctors exams who have said it appears red but not swelled much. I checked the mirror today and my tonsils seems to be a bit swelled. Other symptoms; I also get sharp pain just under my breast and it sort of radiates toward by underarm . This happens daily and multiple times , lasting about 10 seconds. Every now and then I also experience a brief shortness of breath and a heart palpitation that goes away after a few seconds . This happens maybe 1-2 times per week. Also, most mornings when I wake up I feel scratchy in the lungs, like they are limited or not at full capacity . It sort of tickles if I do a big breathe in and makes me cough. I have had. Chronic dry cough for 6 months. Every now and then I also feel tightness right under by breastbone , it feels like fullness and is coming from my stomach area and this is not in correlation to just eating a meal. I also feel as though I go to the toilet more than I should have to. I m really worried about this all tying back to HIV because of my 2013 trip. Finally, my current partner had a small node under her arm just after we got together in early 2016. We both suffer from finer hair than usual and seem to feel tired quite often. I also seem to have warm Hands , every time I touch my leg or chest I feel a rush of heat. Please tell me if I should be worried about HIV or not!! Thanks
