Can STD Be Contracted Through Unprotected Sex?

I recently had unprotected sex with my girlfriend but only did it for 20 seconds. I m very worried that I have an sti, but she s never had sex before and she was a virgin until I took her virginity. I was worried and I masturbated today to see if there were any different signs in my sperm, it was more watery and not as sticky as usual and it s still leaking out. I have also noticed that my penis has gotten larger, and I don t know what to do. I do not want to tell anyone about it and I want to keep this to myself but I need your help because you would know more about it. What should I do? Is it curable if I have an sti?

I can understand your concern.
Yes, sexually transmitted infection (STI) are commonly caused by unprotected Intercourse.
Since your girlfriend was Virgin and didn't had Intercourse before, possibility of STI transmission is very less.
But better to avoid unprotected Intercourse and use condom to prevent STI transmission.
Get done urine and semen analysis to rule out infection.
If both are normal then no need to worry for STI.
And if at all STI is there, it is treatable. So no need to worry much but avoid unprotected Intercourse in future.
