Can STD Be Transmitted Through Non-penetrative Intercourse?

Hi if someone played with my clit with a sore on their hand (they didn t finger me. Or anything) I m not sure if it was dried blood or if the sore was closed but it was on the guys knuckles on his thumb, could I have contacted HIV from this? I don t know if the guy has the it or not but its really bothering me

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
HIV risk through non penetrative sex is negligible.
Even if we consider that your sex partner was a HIV positive individual and we consider that he had a sore in the fingers without any fresh bleeding, handling your clitoris had very negligible risk for HIV/STD.
Organisms causing HIV/STD are highly fragile and can not live outside the body or body fluids not more than few seconds. So you need not worry about the same and ignore that incident.
