Can STD Be Transmitted Without Penetrating?

Hi. I am a 22 year old black male, bi and just now performed oral sex to my friend (with a condom). We kissed, but i didn't swallow anything. I just got tested and I am negative for HIV, Herpes, Syphilis, Hep and Gonorrhea. I am kind of paranoid. He attempted penetration, but couldn't really penetrate. He said he was clean. Should I be worried?

STDs can be transmitted even by oral sex ,kisses in such partners who involve in oral sex.even minor abrasions in the area can promote transmission if stds.so please use condoms.if you have any doubts get investigated.you can get back if doubts .Dr Bharatesh D Basti.Dermatologist.
