Can STD Cause Holes And Burning Sensation On Foreskin?

I have 2 crater-like holes on my foreskin & 1 under my foreskin. They burn when I shower and when I touch them. Could it be an STD or just a result of a dry entry ? I noticed them about 2 days ago and they have been bothering me since then. I also play soccer everyday of the week and I was wondering if maybe it was an effect of sweating ?

the crater like holes with burning sensation and itching at the foreskin area indicates probable fungal infection like scabies. wash cloths and bed linen with hot water. use permethrin cream 5% and cetrizine tablet to treat the condition. hope this will helpful to you.
