Can Seroquel, Valium And Alprazolam Be Taken Together?
I am from Canada visiting my Mother in Florida. I am not returning as soon as I thought and will run out before I return home. We leave on Wed. and will not get to Canada tell Sunday of next week. My question to you is this. In order to try and get myself home I have cut my usual dose of Seroquel 200ml at night to 50ml in hopes I will still feel ok. I also have valeum and some alprazolam that i can take if it wont interact . Can I take these together tell I return. What do you think.??
Seroquel is basically Quitiapine & the dose should be taken exactly as prescribed by the treating PCP. Do not reduce or increase the dosage by yourself without consultation with the PCP. Keep your treating doctor informed before taking Valium or alprazolam because Seroquel interacts with these medications & may not work or produce adverse effects & complications which you may not be able to handle by yourself. It is always suggested to take medications as prescribed by your treating doctor.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
