Can Serracor-NK And Serra RX80 Treat Uterine Fibroids?

I'm 42 yrs now, had a myomectomy 7yrs ago, went to see the Dr in Jan and had another CT scan which should the uterus enlarge by 104x39 mm with two large myomas again. The Dr suggested hysterectomy but I would not want that. I searched the internet for alternative options and came upon some pills called: Serracor-NK, Serra RX80 and DIMPro RX. Do you know if these are as efficient as they say? Apparently they shrink the fabroids and they do not return again.
