Can Sodium Valproate And Eptoin Be Taken At The Same Time?

My father having Seizure Disorder, HTN, post CABG, diffuse cortical atrophy and BHP. He was taking sodium valproate 200 mg BD a day. But a Epilepsy was not controlled. Now he is taking sodium valporate 400mg and Eptoin 100mg at morning and 200 mg sodium valproate and eptoin 100mg at night. Can Sodium valproate and Eptoin be given him at same time? Or can sodium valproate and livipil be given at same time? Please answer my questions, dear sir/madam.

I really appreciate your concern, as per your query these medicine (Eptoin and sodium valproate) can not be given together, if these the two drugs given for epileptic seizure then it need to be given separately and not together hope this information helps.
