Can Sprintec Help To Prevent Pregnancy?

I have been taking the birth control pill Sprintec for 7 months now and have been practicing safe sex with a condom for 4 months, and my spouse and I wish to have unprotected sex without the use of a condom. He has been tested and is clean, but my question is: Will the birth control serve to be effective in reducing my chances of pregnancy when a condom is not administered? Am I likely to get pregnant?

Hi,

Yes, Sprintec can prevent pregnancy. It is 99% effective, if used carefully as advised, even without the use of condom. Although, if you are having nausea, vomiting or diarrhea, then use of condoms is always suggested along with Sprintec pill to reduce the risk of pregnancy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
