Can Squamous Papillamatosis On The Edges Of Labia Minora Be Removed Surgically?

Hi doctor, I have been diagnosed with squamous papillamatosis on labia minora. there are small bumps on entire edge of the labia minora. Could you please tell if getting them surgically removed is right or not? would i have any post surgery problem in that area. doctors said its a very sensitive area. But it gives me lot of problem in daily life. it gets sensitive and painful when it rubs with my clothes and also swells many times. please give me an advice doctor, i'll be very thankfull.... thanks.
