Hello,

There is the question of the medicines and then there is the context. Withdrawal lasts over a week after methadone almost without exception. Withdrawal is characterized by nausea, insomnia, pain, and secretions.

Clonidine is not very effective but would work least on nausea. without an exam, I can only give general information and withdrawal would cause these symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
